The apartment complex and amenities themselves are nice, but management is extremely hard to get in contact with if you have a problem, and act annoyed when you have an issue. Additionally, there are constantly different people working in the leasing office. I have lived here for only 6 months and seen 7 different people working in the leasing office, the staff seems to change monthly.

Examples of some issues are as follows: Management had to go into my apartment one day when I was out of town, and did not lock my door on their way out. My apartment was left unlocked for 2.5 weeks while I was gone. During the summertime, young unsupervised children are in the pool breaking clearly posted rules that all other residents are expected to follow. It is also questionable if the children live in the complex. When bring the issue to management, they come up with excuses as to why they cannot do anything. They said the kids lived there, but they are still unsupervised, and breaking rules, thus it is unclear why they do not suffer consequences from these actions. Furthermore, since management changes monthly, new programs are implemented without communication to the community. Recently, valet trash has been implemented, and this was not communicated prior to its implementation, thus garbage cans have been sitting in the hallways for about a month.

The complex and amenities are very nice and always clean, and I do enjoy my apartment, but I pay a lot of money for so many issues.

Responsive management team. Close to good food and coffee shops.
