For the price, it's fine. It's close to campus at least. But the hallways are nearly always gross (which has a lot to do with neighbors) and I can hear people in the hallway clear as day so the walls are not very soundproof. The doors and appliances are low quality, I've had to ask for them to get replaced and they haven't come to do it. They claim to have security cameras, but when I needed the footage they told me the cameras don't work. They barely ever mow in the summer so I'm nervous about them salting in the winter. Rent at your own risk.
