Kendall Park

Kendall Park is located about 15 minutes away from OSU's medical campus. It is tucked into a great area (Kenny and Bethel Rd.) with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and quick access to 315. I would be careful with choosing your unit and building (Phase II is newer and thereby has thinner walls and some floor plans lack sunlight. Phase I is more traditional, larger floor plans, but you may hear train noise especially if you are in one of the two buildings closer to the train line). There are plenty of garages, free parking spots, in unit laundry, a smaller but rarely busy heated pool, a well-stocked gym, and extremely friendly management. If you are okay with a commute to school, this is a great option to get out from the hustle bustle of campus but still be close enough to come home between classes!
