New Management at Westborough Village
Our Apartment is very homie and we like it a lot. It is very spacious and we are by lots of friends. It's a 15 minute drive to campus but is also close to the biking trail and is in a nice neighborhood. The floors are very creaky and some of the appliances are old but we feel like it is perfect for our stage of life right now. Our only complaint is that it got bought out by new management (Peak) and they are forcing everyone to leave once their lease is up so that they can renovate, so we have to move. We have seen the renovated apartments are are not very impressed. We don't feel like it is worth an additional $400 a month.
