Money Saver
I lived downtown first year and spent nearly 1,500 a month in rent (Which was more than my loans could cover.... and I took out the max). Anyways, I found the Baxterly before the start of my 2L year and decided to move there. The community and management are what amaze me about this place, service requests are answered within the day sometimes, the property manager knows me on a first name basis purely from talking to me while I walked through the hallway or past the office. The downside is that it is an old dirty building, but that's just the building, the apartment is unfurnished so after a deep clean and a little love your apartment is really what you make it. Also, it's in Lakewood so it is a great neighborhood. I highly recommend this building to someone like me (No scholarships and trying to save money everywhere they can).
