Good apartment, a little ways out from campus
I have been very satisfied with the management. The leasing office staff is overall pleasant and the maintenance staff is relatively prompt and helpful. It's also right next to the police station (safe area... :) ) and across the street from Dave's if there is an urgent grocery run. It's close to Walmart and University Heights stores as well, and has a nice little gym that is well-maintained and sunny.
